Origin

The practice grew from years of watching capable bookkeepers drown in last-week invoice hunts. Owners assumed “closed books” meant “ready to file.” Often it meant the trial balance balanced while purchase invoices and withholding certificates were still missing.

We built a review format that produces a plain readiness note instead of a vague assurance call. That note is what preparers can act on.

How we work

Desk review first, conversation second. We ask for exports and statements, then schedule a findings call only after we have read the period. On-site ledger walkthroughs are available in greater Taichung when document volume or warehouse sales make remote review unreliable.
