These terms govern use of apiassist.digital and engagements with API Assist for tax readiness and related filing-support work.
Acceptance
By browsing this site or requesting an engagement, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit a request.
Services described
Site content describes informational rates and professional review services. Publishing a rate does not create a contract. A binding engagement begins only when we confirm scope and fee in writing after intake.
No guarantee of filing outcome
A readiness review assesses document and ledger preparedness. It does not guarantee acceptance by the tax authority, absence of later inquiry, or a particular tax amount.
Intellectual property
Text, layout, and branding on this site belong to API Assist. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without permission. Readiness notes delivered to you under an engagement may be used for your internal filing and with your preparer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, API Assist is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use. For paid engagements, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under Taiwan law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taiwan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
