Request this reviewWho this review is for
Owners and finance contacts of Taiwan SMEs who file business tax each odd month and want a second pair of eyes before the National Taxation Bureau deadline. Ideal when your bookkeeper is stretched, your sales mix changed mid-quarter, or you recently opened a second location.
What you receive
- A document checklist tailored to your entity type (sole proprietorship, limited company, or branch)
- Reconciliation of sales invoices against bank deposits for the filing period
- Review of purchase invoices, input tax claims, and common disallowance risks
- Withholding and salary summary spot-check where payroll is in scope
- A written readiness note: ready to file, file with noted caveats, or hold for corrections
- A short call to walk through findings before you submit
What is not included
We do not prepare or submit the return for you unless you separately engage our filing assistance. We do not provide legal opinions on disputes with the tax office. International transfer pricing studies sit outside this review.
How the engagement runs
- Brief — You send last period’s filed return, current period trial balance or export, and a list of open questions.
- Desk review — We work from our Lungching office and request clarifications by email or phone.
- Findings call — 45–60 minutes covering gaps, suggested corrections, and filing-day timing.
- Readiness note — Delivered within three business days of the call (faster in the final week before deadline when booked early).
Duration and location
Most reviews take five to seven business days from complete documents. Delivery is remote desk work with optional on-site ledger walkthrough in Taichung for engagements above NT$15,000.
Preparation on your side
Have invoice software exports, bank statements for the quarter, fixed-asset additions, and any prior-period adjustment memos ready. Missing purchase invoices are the most common delay.
Pricing basis
Starting at NT$8,500 for a single-entity trading company with under 200 invoices in the period. Volume of documents, number of bank accounts, and on-site time adjust the fee. See Rates for estimate factors.
